Returns & Exchanges
Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect or if they received a product different from their order. Customers must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing details of the issue and pictures if possible.
Conditions of Acceptance
Return requests will only be accepted if there is proof of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received. No return requests will be accepted if the product has been used or opened, except where opening was necessary to identify the manufacturing defect.
Procedure
Once the request is reviewed and approved, Tilmun will arrange the return at our expense. Customers have the right to choose between replacing the product with a correct one or receiving a refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
